Premier Inn Truro hotel

Recently modernised, but for some reason some of the rooms are up two flights of stairs and down 5 long corridors. If you have mobility problems or aren't very fit, make sure you tell them. Staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy but have very limited storage. Not good if you're staying more than 1 night.

Excellent Stay at Premier Inn Truro– Highly Recommend! We recently stayed at the Premier Inn for a short family holiday trip, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the wonderful receptionist, Kelly. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient – greeting us with a warm smile, handling our reservation swiftly, and even offering helpful tips about local attractions and places to visit. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality right at the front desk! The room itself was spotless and perfectly clean, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and all amenities we needed for a restful night. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to unwind after a long day. We also dined and had breakfast at the on-site Beefeater restaurant, where the staff were equally professional and friendly. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced – a great option for travelers who don't want to venture far and wish to make the most of the fantastic meal deals. Overall, this Premier Inn location provides fantastic value for money. We will definitely be back on our next visit! 5 stars all around.

Well what can I say about the place it's lovely and clean the staff behind the desk are really helpful and friendly the rooms are nice and bright with room to put your clothes if staying for a while. There is plenty of parking and is in the right place to get to just about anywhere you want to go would highly recommend this place. And for the last bit the beefeater pub is a lovely place to eat and relax with a pint.

Been to Cornwall every year at this time of the year, first time in this Premier inn, staff are by far the best I've encountered throughout our stay, friendly, helpful and made you feel at home which seems strange to say for a hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. Ideal location as its situated equal distance from the Eden project and lands end as well as St Ives.

Second time visit to this hotel. My room had recently been refurbished and was lovely. Tassimo type coffee machine, huge comfy bed and spacious. The vast amount of USB charging points is also a plus for me. Only downside was the 2 1/2 minute walk from reception to room. Took up the offer of the meal deal which is great value. Yes I will stay again as it’s great value for money, but will look at prem plus rooms to avoid the marathon walk with my bags

Best premier inn I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are all modern and clean and super comfy. Tracy the hotel manager and all her staff are super professional and friendly and have made my stay a 10/10 even throughout the red weather warning for a storm. All staff made sure we are all safe and accounted for. Will 100% return. Food is lovely too! Thank you all.

We booked a twin room for 2 nights and are not disappointed at all. We are on our second night. Actually it is better than we hoped for. The room and the bathroom are very clean and well maintained. Mattresses are medium soft, pillows are ok. If you're fussy about pillows bring your own. Bedding is very clean and smells fresh. The heating is excellent and you can regulate the AC yourself. All in all I can say we made a good choice to stay here.

Stayed for one night for work, polite and friendly staff at reception soon had me booked in, restaurant and bar just across the way. A great peaceful nights sleep and a superb all you can eat breakfast the following day, just what you need to start the day.
